Empire

This biscuit is most defiantly a little Empire in itself.  As back in the 1950s & 1960s, our Custard flavoured biscuit is still made the same way by using one of the oldest kitchen utensils that was once found in every household.

The trustworthy and reliable Rolling Pin. Rolled and cut into Squares, sandwiched together with a sweet jam centre and crowned on top with a Pink Rose Icing and Coconut finish.
